Let (your) nature take care of you(th)

15-23 May, Limassol, Cyprus
11-19 August, Hagen, Germany

Mental health support is often strongly stigmatised in migrant and refugee communities, even though the need for support can grow over time. This Erasmus+ mobility addressed this challenge by developing practical, accessible activities based on art-, culture-, and nature-therapeutic methods, designed to be used by youth workers in daily practice.

The training course strengthened youth workers’ competences to support the reception, integration, and well-being of refugees, migrants and resettlers, while promoting more supportive and human-centred approaches to adaptation.
